Terms of Use (Terms and Conditions)

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Intrust Energy Solution (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the users in relation to the use of all services provided through the Company’s website (https://intrustenergysolution.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Site” refers to the virtual business place established by the Company using information and communication facilities, such as computers, to provide information and services.
  2. “User” refers to any customer (individual or entity) who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Services Provided)
The Site provides the following information and services:

  1. Introduction to technical services related to Oil & Gas projects (Commissioning, Maintenance, Preservation, etc.).
  2. Manpower supply solutions and recruitment information (e.g., CV Submission Page).
  3. Information on equipment export and trading services.
  4. Newsletters and other business-related updates provided by the Company.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. All content displayed on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and technical data, is the intellectual property of the Company.
  2. Users shall not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, or otherwise use the information on the Site for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without the Company’s prior written consent.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication facilities, or communication failure.
  2. The information on this Site is for informational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from decisions made by the User based on the information provided on the Site.

Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Actions that compromise the security of the Site or overload the system.
  2. Unauthorized modification of information posted by the Company.
  3. Infringement of intellectual property rights or defamation of others.
  4. Inputting false information (e.g., falsified career records) when using recruitment services.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)
The Company establishes and operates a Privacy Policy to protect Users’ personal information and complies with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s headquarters.
